The session was organized with the support of the Russian-Asian Legal Association.
Taking into account the undervaluation of Russian assets, the volume of investments that Russia today receives from Asia and the Middle East does not live up to expectations. Where is the growth potential hidden? What legal barriers prevent investment? Why are Russian companies reluctant to enter the Hong Kong stock exchange despite the emergence of such an opportunity? What are the expectations of foreign investors? What do Russian companies investing in these regions and conducting trade relations with them need to know?
